Eusirus sp.

Description. Head rostrum present, short or moderate length or long; eyes present or absent, eyes reniform. Body dorsally smooth, or dorsally carinate (weakly). Antenna 1 longer than antenna 2, or subequal in length to antenna 2; accessory flagellum present, accessory flagellum longer than broad (1-articulate) (1-articulate). Mandible molar columnar, triturative. Lower lip inner lobes present. Maxilla 2 inner plate much broader than outer; inner plate slender medial setae few or absent, with oblique row of slender setae.

Peraeon. Gnathopod 1 subchelate; subequal to gnathopod 2; coxa weakly or not produced anteroventrally; carpus cantilevered, shorter than propodus (check), posterodistally lobed; dactylus narrowing distally, apically acute or subacute. Gnathopod 2 not sexually dimorphic. Gnathopod 2 subchelate; carpus cantilevered, posterodistally lobed, shorter than propodus; dactylus narrowing distally, apically acute or subacute. Peraeopods 3-4 propodus simple.

Pleon. Pleonites neither tricarinate. Epimeron 3 posteroventral margin smooth or serrate. Uropod 3 rami subequal in length. Telson cleft or notched or entire, without large apical robust setae.
