Thetispelecaris remex Gutu & Iliffe, 1998Thetispelecaris remex Gutu & Iliffe, 1998: 99, figs 1-12. Type material. HOLOTYPE: female, MGAB BOC 001. PARATYPES: 3 females, MGAB BOC 003; 4 females and 2 manca, USNM; 2 females and 1 manca in Gutu personal collection. Type locality. Norman's Pond Cave, Norman's Pond Cay, living on fine silt on ledges in the dark, rear section of the first room, 6 m depth of this inlnad blue hole cave; Master Harbour Cave, Great Exuma Island; Mysery Cave, Stocking Island. Diagnosis. Based on Gutu & Iliffe, 1998: 99, figs 1-12. Head eyestalks absent; rostrum present. Pereopods 1 to 6 each with exopods; exopods with 2 articles, or with more than 2 articles; pereopod 2 large, fossorial. Pereopods 3-4 basis and ischium separate. Uropod endopod with 5 articles. Habitat. Anchialine. Distribution. Bahama Islands: Norman's Pond Cave, Norman's Pond Cay; Master Harbour Cave, Great Exuma Island; Mysery Cave, Stocking Island. Classification. Hursutiidae.
